Orders are typically processed within 4 to 6 business days. Delivery then takes about 5 to 10 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $60. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $6.99 applies. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. We don't offer direct exchanges — if you'd like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@cheezy.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your pet's body length (nose to base of tail) and check the dimensions listed on each product page. For beds, we recommend adding 6–8 inches to that length.
