Simple Returns, Thoughtful Support

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, sent back with original packaging, tags, and all included parts.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including final sale products, hygiene-sensitive items, and products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cheezy.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

If something arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us first so we can help as quickly as possible.
