Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every Cheezy order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, returned with original packaging, tags, and all included parts.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return: final sale items, hygiene-sensitive products, and items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cheezy.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

How to Start a Return
Email support@cheezy.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process. Contact us at support@cheezy.shop as soon as possible with your order number.
