Size Guide

Every pet is different, so finding the right fit starts with a quick and careful measurement.

Two Measurements to Start

Before you shop, measure your pet's body length (from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail) and note their weight. These two numbers cover most of what you'll need across beds, carriers, and furniture.

Beds & Furniture

Add about 6–8 inches to your pet's body length to find a comfortable bed size. Pets who sleep curled up can go slightly smaller, while stretchers and sprawlers need the extra room. If your pet shares a bed with a housemate, size up.

Travel & Carriers

A carrier should let your pet stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. Check both the interior dimensions and the listed weight limit on the product page. If you're flying, confirm the size against your airline's in-cabin requirements before ordering — rules vary by carrier.

Scratchers & Trees

Measure your available floor space and ceiling height before choosing a cat tree. Scratching posts should be tall enough for your cat to stretch fully — usually at least as long as their body. For larger or multi-cat homes, look for a wide, weighted base for stability.

Between Sizes?

When in doubt, choose the larger option. Pets almost always prefer a little extra room, especially fluffy breeds and growing puppies or kittens.
