We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to more destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $60. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $6.99 applies at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 4 to 6 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take a little longer than usual.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package on its way home. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, email us at support@cheezy.shop.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
